• Remove before applying products – Lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and other beauty products can create buildup and dull your jewelry’s shine.

• Handle with care – Take off your jewelry before engaging in high-impact activities, such as working out or playing sports, to prevent dents, scratches, or unnecessary stress on delicate settings.

• Store properly – Keep your pieces in their original Seren box or pouch when not in use to protect them from dust, moisture, and potential scratches.

• Clean regularly – Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush to gently clean your jewelry. Dry with a lint-free cloth to restore its brilliance.

• Professional maintenance – We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected once a year for optimal care.

Lifetime Warranty

At Seren, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all pieces, covering manufacturing defects.

If you experience an issue related to craftsmanship, such as prong tightening, broken clasps or chains, or general polishing and re-plating, we will repair it at no cost. However, customers are responsible for covering shipping fees.

For more complex repairs, including damage beyond normal wear and tear or stone replacement, we will assess the work required and inform you of any associated costs before proceeding.

For international orders, the same repair services apply, but customers must cover all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
